June 2026#

• Corporate: Northern Data acquisition closed. Rumble completes the all-stock acquisition of Northern Data AG, adding approximately 22,400 NVIDIA H100/H200 GPUs, nine data centers, and up to ~250 MW of energized capacity to the Quake AI infrastructure estate.
• Brand: Rumble Cloud renamed Quake AI. Effective 18.06.2026, the cloud and AI-infrastructure business operates as Quake AI under the new RUM Group Inc. corporate parent. Rumble remains the video platform brand. Existing accounts, logins, endpoints, and services are unchanged. See the Rum Group announcement.
• Corporate structure: Two business units. RUM Group Inc. now operates Rumble (video and media) and Quake AI (cloud, GPU compute, data centers, and blockchain infrastructure) as separate business units under one publicly traded parent.

March 2026#

• Leadership: New CFO appointed. Mike Masci joins as Chief Financial Officer (effective 31.03.2026), replacing Brandon Alexandroff. Masci brings AI and cloud infrastructure experience from Intel's Edge Computing and Datacenter groups.
• Planned: OpenClaw one-click deployment. CEO Chris Pavlovski announced on X that Quake AI is planning a one-click deployment for OpenClaw, an open-source agentic AI platform.

2025#

November 2025#

• Enterprise: Cleveland Browns partnership. Quake AI becomes the video cloud storage and infrastructure provider for the Cleveland Browns, the third NFL team on the platform.
• Acquisition: Northern Data AG announced. Rumble announces intent to acquire Northern Data, gaining the Taiga GPU business (~22,400 GPUs) and Ardent Data Centers (~250 MW capacity across eight global sites). Tether commits $150M in GPU service purchases over two years.

August 2025#

• Security: Two-factor authentication (2FA). 2FA launched across all Rumble platforms (Cloud, Video, Studio, Ad Center) on 20.08.2025. Supports email, SMS, and authenticator app methods.

July 2025#

• Leadership: Ian O'Donnell named VP of Sales, Quake AI. Former Google Cloud and Microsoft enterprise sales executive joins to lead Quake AI's go-to-market expansion.

May 2025#

• Enterprise: Tampa Bay Buccaneers partnership. Quake AI provides cloud storage for the Buccaneers' video content, with advertising integration at Raymond James Stadium.
• Enterprise: TRON DAO strategic collaboration. Quake AI begins providing data storage infrastructure for TRON's decentralized blockchain network.

April 2025#

• Compute: Shared vCPUs launched. New cost-effective compute tier using shared vCPU allocation on 4th Gen AMD EPYC processors with NVMe storage. Developer tier starts at $4.85/mo (promotional) / $9.85/mo (standard).

February 2025#

• Investment: Tether $775M strategic investment closed. Tether completes a $775M investment (103.3M shares at $7.50/share), becoming a major Rumble stakeholder. $250M allocated to growth initiatives.

January 2025#

• Enterprise: El Salvador government cloud agreement. Quake AI signs a cloud services deal with El Salvador covering object and block storage, compute, databases, and Kubernetes.

August 2024#

• Enterprise: Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium partnership. Quake AI becomes the infrastructure and video cloud storage provider for the Miami Dolphins.

June 2024#

• Enterprise: PublicSquare marketplace migration. PSQ Holdings announces intent to migrate its PublicSquare Marketplace to Quake AI infrastructure.

May 2024#

• Pricing: Custom cloud packages ("Build Your Own"). New resource-based pricing with interactive sliders for vCPU (1–108), RAM (1–16 GB), and block storage (10–1,025 GB). All packages include 1 floating IP, 1 TB object storage, unlimited data transfer, and AMD EPYC processors with NVMe.

March 2024#

• Launch: Quake AI goes GA. Public launch on 11.03.2024 after a six-month beta. IaaS offering includes virtual machines, Kubernetes orchestration, block and object storage, and virtual private cloud, all on AMD EPYC processors. Fixed monthly pricing includes outbound data transfer.
• Docs: Documentation site launches. Initial docs include getting started guides, services overview, how-to articles, FAQ, glossary, and updates section.

2023#

September 2023#

• Beta: Quake AI beta launches. Beta program opens ahead of schedule with a partner program for early testers. Cloud console, Kubernetes, compute, and storage services available for testing.

December 2023 – February 2024#

• Docs: Beta documentation updates. Cloud Console Guide published (December). Windows CLI instructions and OpenStack client/S3 credentials docs added (January). How-to section with SSH keys, Kubernetes cluster management, and private networking guides added (February).
