- Separate Cloud Billing Account linked to multiple projects, with self-serve/invoiced, postpay/prepay cycles; OpenStack typically uses external billing systems integrated via usage notifications, no built-in account.
- Payments via Google Payments Profile (cards/ACH/wire); OpenStack has no native payment processing.
- Billing-specific IAM roles (e.g., Billing Account Creator) inherited from Org; OpenStack quotas/usage per project via Keystone/Nova, no billing IAM.

Manage cloud subscriptions
You'll manage your cloud subscription from the Quake AI portal.
Resource tiers for cloud services are applied at the project level. Tiers include vCPUs, memory, block storage, virtual networks and networking components, routers, and object storage. Higher tiers include more vCPUs, memory, and storage. You can customize a tier to scale individual services to your needs. To manage your resource tiers, along with custom cloud services, go to Projects > <Your Project>. You can provision, customize, or pause cloud resource tiers from the project page in the portal.

View subscription details#

Go to https://portal.rumble.cloud/web/login to sign in.

Once signed in, go to Billing, then Subscriptions to view your subscriptions dashboard.

Select the subscription from the list to view your subscription details. You'll see the following information:
- Current subscription details, including services provisioned
- Current payment method, and an option to manage your payment method
- Downloadable or printable sales orders
Download or print your sales order#
- Select Download to download a .pdf file containing your sales order.
- Select Print to print your sales order from your browser.
View or send messages about your sales order#
You can view an messages about your sales orders.
You can leave a message for the Quake AI team from the Communication history section. You'll also see a list of previous messages.
View invoices#
- Go to Billing, then Invoices to view invoices. You'll see a list of invoices along with the invoice date, due date, status, and amount due.
- Select an invoice from the list to view the invoice details.
Download or print your invoices#
- Select Download to download a .pdf file containing your invoice.
- Select Print to print your invoice receipt from your browser.
View or send messages about your invoices#
You can view an messages about your invoices.
You can leave a message for the Quake AI team from the Communication history section. You'll also see a list of previous messages.
Usage Guidelines
The sample code, software libraries, command line tools, proofs of concept, templates, and other related technology on this page (including any of the foregoing that is provided by Quake AI personnel) is provided to you as Quake AI Content under the Quake AI Customer Agreement, or the relevant written agreement between you and Quake AI (whichever applies). Do not use this Quake AI Content in your production accounts, or on production or other critical data. You are responsible for testing, securing, and optimizing the Quake AI Content (such as sample code) as appropriate for production grade use based on your specific quality control practices and standards. Deploying Quake AI Content may incur Quake AI charges for creating or using Quake AI chargeable resources, such as running Compute instances or storing data in Object Storage. Your use is also subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
