Compute console

The Compute section of the Quake AI console (web interface) lets you create, monitor, and manage virtual machines and their supporting resources. Select Services > Compute to access the Compute console pages.

Console pages#

• Instances: view, launch, stop, resize, and delete virtual machines
• Apps: deploy pre-configured applications from the app catalog
• Instance snapshots: capture and manage point-in-time images of running instances
• Flavors: browse available CPU, memory, and disk size presets
• Images: manage OS templates and custom images used to boot instances
• Key pairs: create and import SSH public keys for instance access
• Server groups: define affinity and anti-affinity placement policies

Get started#

To launch your first virtual machine from the console, see Instances. You need at least one key pair for SSH access before creating an instance.
